Location: Karachi, Pakistan.
INDUSTRY: Real Estate (Commercial and Residential Projects) Civil Engineer with over 20 years of experience in handling the construction of multiple projects of high rise building, recently retired Brigadier of Pakistan Army will be given preference.
SALARY RANGE: Negotiable Depends upon experience and skill set.
Job Description:
– At least 20 years of experience in project management in the construction and real estate industry.
– Ability to plan and lead the project from scratch along with monitoring of project and site at all Phases.
– Must be aware of all engineering technicalities of project and site.
– Experience in Finance and costing of the project including budgets, costs and tenders.
– Experience in designing Contracts, Legal Operations, Feasibility Analysis & Claim.
– Liaise with key stakeholders throughout the duration of the project.
– Capability to develop and maintain good working relations: with government authorities like land departments, DHA, CBC, SBCA.
– Ability to deal with architecture consultants
– Ensure that the project schedule is being maintained, driven and tracked.
– Technical understanding of residential and commercial construction codes, sequencing and best building practices.
– Proven ability to deliver projects on time and within budget. [/toggle]
